The challenge
The Municipality of Carregal do Sal wanted a more agile, modern, secure and inclusive telephone service, able to reduce waiting times and make municipal services easier to reach.
The Synertia response
DINA is the Municipality's digital assistant. It answers by voice immediately, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is being rolled out in an experimental phase with continuous improvement.
